Dyad Nights with Janeane Weprin

What are Dyad Nights? Dyad Nights are an opportunity to explore life’s deepest questions using dyads in a particular way called the “enlightenment technique.” In this technique we work in pairs or dyads. One person contemplates a question and communicates whatever arises to the other who listens without judgment or evaluation of any kind. The roles are then reversed. There is such power in truly being seen and heard by another. Being present for another in this way is one of the greatest gifts we can give. This technique often opens the heart to deeper truths, to acceptance, to peace, to love. All are welcome! Dyad Nights are sponsored by CCUU Adult Faith Development.
