My name is Jamie Levin and I have been enjoying Soul and Spirit Dancing for many years now. I am an active member of Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms in Manhattan, and I recently studied with Toni Bergin, creator of JourneyDance™ at Kripalu, where I obtained my license to teach JourneyDance.

I would love to bring this form of self expression and art to our area as I live and feel its benefits on a daily basis. I also have seen and experienced what it can do for other individuals both physically, emotionally and spiritually.

My intention is to introduce this process dance in our area, and I would like to invite you to be a part of my journey!

What to expect in my class:

Experience a dance class like no other that will leave you feeling personally fulfilled and euphorically fatigued. Discover the relationship of embodied energy and consciousness through movement. Burn the calories and tone your body through a free-style of dance which includes simple movements and freedom of self-expression. Get out of your head and into your heart and celebrate the delicious spin of energy created in a community of like-minded individuals.
