A Place for those singles out there, of all ages and both genders, that may have busy lives (or not), to make arrangements for dinner and/or some other activity!  It is also possibly a great way to meet with a smaller group as some people don't enjoy going to large group meetings.  If you prefer a smaller social setting you must state this in your post.  If you would like a larger group then in your post you will want to state something like "open to all that are interested in joining me" in your meetup post.   

This group is totally open for members to choose a meetup of their liking.  You can specify a preference since you, the members, can set-up the "MeetUp".   It is for you to arrange the meetup activity, time, place, then invite some or all members to join you for dinner or maybe some other activity.    

Members are able to "+ Schedule a MeetUp" (as it is displayed on the meetup home page)  and then the member will post the time, date and any preferences they may have as to a dinner companion(s or other activity). 

HERE ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF POTENTIAL "MeetUp": 

"I would like another lady to join me for dinner around 5pm for a girls talk dinner",   

"I would like to get a large group together for dinner at O'Charley's in the west end at 7pm"

"Anyone want to join me for a day of antiquing?"

Please remember this means that as few as two (you and one other person) could be meeting for dinner or other activity.  So if this is not your intention please indicate this in the post or in "your acceptance to attend" that you would prefer to join the activity if several (three or more) people are attending. 

Hopefully everyone understands that they "the member" can schedule (post) the "meetup".  If anyone is still unsure please contact me with any questions or to please offer any suggestions if you like!!

*Remember:  Where else can you have access to hundreds of singles  in  the area where you live and be able to see if any share an interest you have, invite any if they would like to join you  is some activity of your choosing and be able to continue setting more meetups pursuing this interests or other interests with the members.  There is a great opportunity here for singles to reach out and interact with other singles in an activity of their liking!

NOTE!!!   It is also quite helpful, as some members have suggested, for the people attending a scheduled meetup that at least one person share their cell number  to others (as a contact person) for the others to be able to find you at your scheduled destination!!
