Despite the fact that I'm firstly and mostly a sax player, I can say that I benefitted A LOT from the workshop. Who knew that in addition to being a totally cool and nice guy, Johnny was full of wisdom and a good teacher as well? Thanks, Johnny!!

Sorry, I was unable to attend. But perhaps you might think of a repeat in a few months or those who were unable to make it.

Great idea, hope you do it again sometime. Unfortunately, I'm not feeling well and will not be able to attend.

the workshop is for beginner and early players
so they can ask questions get some advise and tips
i will give a lesson on transposing and you can also play songs together in a learning environment
this is not a jam!! i didn't want to excluded anyone but i feel that there is a need for an event just for new players!!! i appreciate the interest of the more advanced players and ask for your understanding i hope this clears up some of the confusion thank you

Is the focus acoustic, electric or in general? This way we know what to bring. Thanks.

Good point. Is this an acoustic or electric workshop. Will we be actually playing during this workshop or will it be just a discussion/ lecture type workshop?

    Ooops: "believe"
(And me an English teacher - ay, yay yay...)

    2 · March 18, 2014

Yeah, me too. If some serious guitarists want to come, I won't. But, belief it or not, I do have an old acoustic guitar from when I was a kid and would like to learn how to play more than just the few chords I know. Thanks! Let me know.
