Hi Brett,
I am sooo interested in your coop.  Can i come look at it before i buy it? any day is good for me?  tomorrow i'm supposed to go the Bronx (i'm in Brooklyn) to pick up some feed for my neighbor's chicken at around 10.  Can i drop by afterwards to look at the coop.  i wont be able to pick it up until during the week.  You said price is negotiable- would you give it for $350 as is? If not i'll come up with the money somehow?  i dont want to lose this opportunity.  I know you put in a lot of work into this coop.

Sincerely,
Elizabeth

Doh!  The coop is on the Upper East Side, Manhattan.

Here are the pics:

If needed I can borrow an air compressor and finish the coop at your place.
