It sounds like an animal attack. Weasels can slide through tiny spaces and they do that sort of damage.
If you want to email me directly with a closer description of her injuries I may be able to help you help her. Chickens are very resilient and often it looks worse than it is. I have sewed up many a splayed bird and they have recovered.
You can also get some starter fluid and put it on a cloth in a plastic bag and put that over her head. She will sleep from the ether and then you can tape around to smother her.
It's pretty unlikely that they did this to each other. I would check your Cooper very carefully for any little opening that any animal might have gotten into. I've had raccoons just stick one arm through a hole and grab and kill numerous chickens.
