Just got a totally white yolk. Any ideas why.

Hi Alexandra,
When I read your post my first thought was this can't be, it must be a joke. So I goggled your question and yes chickens can lay eggs with white yolks. I knew that a chickens diet can cause discoloration in the yolk or change the taste of the egg but I had no idea how much. Here is a link to the article I find:­
