Introduction
Hello. My name is Marialice Dancy. I've written professionally for business. I joined Just Write because I would like to try creative writing. I lean toward memoir, or maybe a fictional story based on my life experiences.
What do you like to write? Fiction, non-fiction, poetry, memoir? All of the above? None of the above?

Have you always been a writer or is writing a new-found love?
Have written professionally for business, marketing, and educational purposes.
Do you hate to write, but have a story burning to be told and don't know how to start?
Both. I usually hate the process, though I have moments of complete joy when writing. I usually love the finished products, though occasionally when I read my work I say to myself, "It would have been better if I had..." or "Did I really write that awful thing?"
What do you hope to get from this group?
Encouragement, support, tips for writing better.
