JOURNEYS... Theme: Shiva-Shakti ~ The Cosmic Dance with 3 very special guests!!

Beginning this season, JOURNEYS events will only happen four times a year (instead of the previous years, ten). So this Friday Journeys will be one of your rare opportunities to experience the powerful transformational chemistry of those dance events.

We are always thrilled to welcome new facilitators to Journeys and this Friday is no exception. Lucy St John will be bring a truly unique expertise by blending Vedantic scripture, dance and yoga. The musical soundtrack of her Journeys will be carefully served by Vancouver Global Fusion master DJs Raghunath and DJ Nils!

This Journeys theme; "Shiva-Shakti ~ The Cosmic Dance", is a unique mash-up of Dance with Flow yoga, Kundalini, partner yoga all served in the sacred context of Vedantic knowledge. The different dance influences will allow you to find your flow and balance while letting your Spirit come out to play. The four stages: Aham Brahmasmi/ Tat Tvam Asi/ Kaivalya-mukti/ Sat Chit Ananda will guide your flow, laugher and learning as you explore the Dance of Life through releasing, movement, yoga and feeling free.
