Also, you may have seen my best selling tai chi book, due out in 4th edition through Penguin, New York, in October, 2012. I've got a new Tai Chi & Qigong classes session beginning this thru the City of Leawood beginning next Thursday, 9/13, from 11:30 am to 12:30. The classes are open to the public, no matter what city you reside in. The City of Leawood said I could invite you to attend the first class for free, if you want to. You'd have to actually enroll in the class at the desk if you wanted to keep attending it. If you don't like it, that first class is free, if you enjoy it and want to continue, then you'll pay for the entire session.

What will we be doing?
1) Since its the first class of a new session, I'll be going over some of the basic concepts of what Tai Chi & Qigong are.
2) A Deep Qigong Meditation Session
3) A Series of Moving Qigong Warm Up Meditations
4) We will play with the very first Tai Chi Short Form movements If you're curious about Tai Chi or Qigong, I think you'll find this pretty interesting, and you'll leave feeling very refreshed and inspired. I've spent 30 years studying these ancient mind-body sciences in the US and other countries around the world. I've written a #1 best selling tai chi book that is sold worldwide.

I've been a tai chi source for many major media worldwide including: The New York Times; Reader's Digest; The Wall Street Journal; Xinhua News Agency, The South China Morning Post, etc. I've taught Tai Chi & Qigong all over the world for some of the largest health organizations. I was invited to be one of a handful of featured speakers to present at the NIH's Mind-Body Health Week (the event was unfortunately postponed).

I was invited to be part of an elite panel of national Tai Chi authorities for a project with the National Council on the Aging, and I was the 2009 Inductee into the Internal Arts Hall of Fame in New York. So, I've got some great insights and experiences you can enjoy on Thursday.
