The new 4th edition of Bill Douglas's Tai Chi & Qigong book just came out worldwide. Bill was commissioned by the world's most popular health journal, Prevention Magazine, to create their Tai Chi Tutorial for the article "Boosting Your Immune System with Tai Chi."
After returning from doing presentations in Hong Kong and Perth, Australia, and the Australian attendees LOVED them, and sent the below comment about Bill's presentation:
"It was a great privilege to have had you and Angela here with us to share your vision with the world. Your workshops were so well received and they are still causing a buzz in our classes. You are a hard act to follow but we will try by raising our game and renewing our resolve to provide relaxing ,peaceful, energising tai chi sessions to all our students All feedback for your workshops were excellent."

The City of Leawood said I could invite you to attend the first class for free, if you want to. You'd have to actually enroll in the class at the desk if you wanted to keep attending it. If you don't like it, that first class is free, if you enjoy it and want to continue, then you'll pay for the entire session.
What will we be doing?
1) Since its the first class of a new session, Bill will go over some of the basic concepts of what Tai Chi & Qigong are.
2) A Deep Qigong Meditation Session
3) A Series of Moving Qigong Warm Up Meditations
4) And may introduce the very first Tai Chi movement of the Tai Chi Short Form
If you're curious about Tai Chi or Qigong, you'll find this pretty interesting, and you'll leave feeling very refreshed and inspired.
