New Tai Chi and Qigong Meditation Class this Sunday (Shawnee Mission Medical Center's Life Dynamics on 75th St. Just off the 35 Freeway) a Short Form class.
The new 4th edition of Bill Douglas's Tai Chi & Qigong book just came out worldwide. Bill was commissioned by the world's most popular health journal, Prevention Magazine, to create their Tai Chi Tutorial for the article "Boosting Your Immune System with Tai Chi."
