Giving at the Green Room

The Kansas City Atheist Coalition is looking to ring in the fall with tasty burgers and tasty beer. However, we also want to take this opportunity to help someone in need and, with your help, we’ll be able to do just that!

Students at Success Academy at Anderson are required to wear school uniforms, but are only given two outfits to last them through the whole year. As a result of normal wear and tear, many students end up with uniforms held together by safety pins. KCAC would like to use our community to help collect uniform materials for these students.

Items in need are blue, black, or white polo shirts or black or khaki pants for people aged 13 through 18. You can see some examples on the school site here:

To thank you for your kindness in donating, KCAC would like to offer covering up to 50% of your first beer or appetizer valued up to $6. On top of that, our president, Joshua Hyde, and one of our directors, Jozef Hanratty, will pay for the meals of the top two donors (awarded based on number of items donated), up to $20 for each ticket.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
