Some of us learn by listening — some figure out what they think by talking. Either way, come have fun with us while we enjoy...
What could be better than an evening with friends, talking about fascinating topics?
Let's pick a provocative topic together Friday night and just run with it for 20 minutes or a half hour. This has been fast-aced fun with everyone trying to get their licks in the last few times we've done this. Then ...
If you want to be with friends Friday night discussing the latest everybody's learning about philosophy, politics, science, psychology, religion, history, and you want to learn something new:
For the nosy person who doesn’t have time to read it all but wants to know it all.
Bring whatever you've been reading, and come to discuss that and what everyone else is reading. Subjects can include just about anything from the above list: fiction or non-fiction. Books or articles. Come to talk or come to listen. No pressure, just friendly fun.
We 'll give anyone who wants 3-5 minutes to explain what they've been reading, and another 3-5 minutes for everyone to ask questions and discuss. We always learn a ton. Come make new friends and learn something new about what they’ve been reading. It's the ultimate information exchange.
