- HOW TO MAXIMIZE YOUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH CO-WORKERS
RSVP to reserve your seat at http://www.meetup.com/ProvocateursAndPeacemakers/events/52762502/
PSYCHOLOGIST JASON BERMAN will give us a presentation and lead our discussion. Bring your questions.
In Dr. Berman's words:
Nurturing relationships with others is one of the most important human endeavors, psychologically speaking, because research and experience tells us loudly that social isolation easily leads to unhappiness, poor health and even death.
On the contrary, people who are interpersonally connected in authentic ways exhibit signs of emotional well-being (and even human flourishing). Given this essential social need, I will present for discussion some behaviors and attitudes that contribute to positive relationships with friends, romantic partners and co-workers.
Afterwards, the relationships continue at Callahan's or Green Mill ... or somewhere else nearby.
