And I Closed It...

Closing a sale is necessary for business owners.  Please join us as we share stories about closing a business deal!  What tips do you have for other owners? What lessons did you have to learn the hard way? Do you have any tricks that seem to work for you time and time again?  There are a million books written about sales.  Instead of searching Amazon for the best new book, take this opportunity to come and listen to real business owners discuss what really works!

A BIG thank you to Alisa Kartch of Work Life Unleashed for facilitating the discussion!

Thanks to everyone who attended this morning - we had a good conversation about our sales processes.

Wish I could have been there. Had a service issue to manage. What did you like most about what was said?

Scott, I really liked the discussion about the education necessary before a customer is ready to take action. How much is enough/how much is too much?We also hit on the importance of asking for the business; and then shutting up...often hard to come out of education mode and letting the potential customer take the lead and make their decision.

I hope I used the suggest a topic tool correctly. I entered my idea under suggest a meetup.

Look forward to hearing some interesting "war stories" next week. Stories of how you got someone to "bite" when you weren't sure the customer was hooked; how you overcame a price objection; or a value objection; skepticism; competition; personality clash; confusion or miscommunication; etc. Come share some insights about your sales process and customers.
