If you have every been interested in what it takes to live comfortably in the woods for more than a day this is for you. I have hiked thousands of miles in all seasons and I will share with you what I have learned so you can pack well for your next adventure. This includes discussions on

5) Cooking equipment
6) Other misc small items
This equipment is the foundation for almost all multi-day outdoor trips be it canoeing, backpacking, or cycle touring. The content will be focus on "3-season" packing in Ontario.
The weekend of May 24th there is a gentle backpacking trip posted. That trip cover the skills needed to put the equipment discussed to good use. You are invited to attend the class even if you do not intend on coming on the trip.
Feel free to bring your own equipment to ask questions about it.
This class will last about 2 hours. Food and beverages can be purchased during the class.
