Underground Groove is a high-energy, aerobic and sculpting workout that elevates your soul as well as your heart rate. It builds self-esteem, as well as beautiful muscles.

This is a word-of-mouth, invite-only event. We’re starting an underground grassroots movement with one message: Show yourself love and pass it on!

Show it love, first, by joining our Meetup group, so we can let you know when Underground Groove will happen near you.

Then, once you get your invite from us, bring a friend that you feel needs a little love and spirit-lifting in their lives. And together, we’ll all pay the love forward by moving and grooving and showing it love.

Cost: $20 per person (unless otherwise noted)

Location: That’s a secret! The venue changes so we can keep things fresh. You will be notified by e-mail, then register as soon as possible to reserve your space.
