Kai Chi Do is an aerobic movement meditation. It is a system of movements combined with music and breathwork that supports peoples wellness. The goal of Kai Chi Do is to experience the feeling of connection - to yourself, to others and to nature. It can be practiced by anyone. We invite those who enjoy nature-based fitness, meditation, breathwork, and yoga to join.

Bring water to stay hydrated throughout the practice. Tea and snacks will be provided during community connection after class. This class is free/love donation based on sliding scale.
