We bring skilled & dedicated teachers, coaches,therapists, and trainers of many kinds to offer a blend of care suited for everyone.

Our group is made up of 

 

Mary Ryan CMT, RMT..Namaste Bodyworks massage therapist and Reiki Master/teacher ..blending traditional massage therapy along with self care classes. Everyday folks or related professionals who would like to comfort their loved ones without having to spend thousands of dollars and attend hundreds of hours in the classroom.
 These short duration classes are ideal for time conscious people and have been designed with this in mind.
