Kaliente Dance Fitness is an exhilarating 60 min cardio workout that will have you sweating, smiling and coming back for more! Our high intensity classes offers people an alternative method to burning calories, staying active and most importantly boosting ones self esteem. We aim to challenge our students both physically and mentally.
Kaliente Dance Fitness incorporates music and dance styles from all over the world, aside from the typical salsa, merengue, bachata, and reggatton, we also use samba, soca, hip hop and Polynesian dancing to include a few. Latin music in general plays a big part of our classes due to its incredible addictive beats, rhythms and combinations, which stimulates a person to move and let loose.
Our classes are recommended for people of all ages and all fitness levels. Women, Men and children can all benefit. Although the majority of the choreography we create are intended to be cardio intensive, students can easily perform modified versions of the routines and with time and consistency they will be able to increase and improve their fitness levels.
