How to make an awesome cup and what different methods of brewing produce (although I've already looked into it superficially myself)
The taste mainly-- the variety and diversity of flavors are pretty much subtle nuanced differences between each other, and caffeine if I need it
Oils are what most people are variant about-- I have an aerobe that allows me to "control" my cooking time of the ground beans, thus controlling the oil and fatty acid content and the flavors carried with them. I'm personally on the cleaner side until I have to make a concentrated iced coffee, then I let it get a bit more full of flavor.
I'm a 21 y/o CAL MCB researcher who loves food & coffee and trying new things, and I'm really interested in meeting new people in the process. I'm pretty chill, and my skills/hobbies include music & DJing, hiking/adventuring, and photography.
