The meeting is only an hour. But it's a powerful hour. Bring a note pad and ask ALL the questions you need to get to where you want to go.

Started this new job last week and have to work at that time tomorrow. I'll see if she can fix that for next week, as I had told them ahead of time I needed off by noon on Sundays. I'll try to get my life purpose sent in to you by tomorrow. This is the first I've sat down since 2:00 this morning...have to eat, and get some sleep so I can do this again tomorrow, lol. I'm not planning on this going on for too long. Enjoy group!

Good afternoon fellow Masterminds. We have a several people who have joined our group but have yet to attend a meeting. Because of the confidential nature of what we discuss. we should purge non-active members in the next 17 days. Do you have any input?

Hello Jerold. Of course, I'm a new member, so take that into consideration as you weigh my input: It seems that you are best served by having group members that are engaged and active. I like the idea of being "selective" with your members. Two things you might want to consider: 1) communicate to the members who are NOT active and ask them for feedback on why they are not active and invite them to do so, and 2) Publish something on your site explaining the value and purpose of the group. In other words, tell people that you are wanting members who want to be engaged. (Or something to that effect.)

I like the fact that you are more concerned with "quality" than "quantity". Somehow communicate that to you potential members.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
