ok we will be having a table at the expo the plan is to have it as a place to come drop off (or stay) your items you may have to sell stuff that didnt fit you upgraded ect priced with a your name and have it up to buy stop buy later as stuff is closing down and pick up ether your cash or item gives our kc people a chance to sell stuff without having to get a table for 1 or 2 items and manning the table also stop buy say hi put a name with faces
April 27, 2013. Save the Day! Our 5th Expo will be at the 4H Building at 5th and Dakota in Holton, Kansas. Tell your friends and family. It will be a family friendly event as well as a CCW friendly area.
We are planning to have the event catered by a local group. More information on who will be catering and what the prices for food will be coming as we get closer to the event.
This event will be at the same place it was in January. This location (barring yet another change) will become the permanent home of the Spring KPE.
So, if you are interested in having a vendor table, please send an email to [masked]m or PM us here on the Facebook page. If your business or Prepper Group wants to Sponsor the Event and reserve tables to buy, sell and barter your wares, please contact us in the same fashion.
Sponsor and vendor rates for the April 27 Kansas Prepper Expo:
The price for Sponsorships for the April 27th Expo will be $60 if the Sponsorship is committed to and paid in full by April 13, 2013. Sponsorships committed to and paid in full on April 14th or after will cost $75. If you want a non-table Sponsorship, the cost is $30. .
Each Sponsorship package will include:
1. up to 4 tables with prime location in the Expo Hall.
2. Advertising in the KPE newsletter
3. Advertising on the KPE Facebook page.
4. Advertising on all of the affiliated Facebook prepper groups
5. Sponsors will be given access to electricity at no additional charge.
The price for Vendor tables for the April 27th Expo will be $10 per table if the tables are committed to and paid in full by April 13, 2013. Vendor tables committed to and paid in full on April 14th or after will cost $20. If electricity is needed by a Vendor, an additional $5 charge will be applied.
As you can see, we tried not to raise prices too much. Just remember that none of the money made by the KPE goes into anyone’s pocket. It goes directly into the KPE to be used to secure future locations, raffle prizes, door prizes, online promotions and much more. Since our goal is to eventually do our fall show in the Central part of the state, west of Topeka; travel will add new costs. These new prices are still extremely competitive and are well worth the money.
