We started when my sister, a Mormon, taught me how to collect food and water. We did for a couple of years, then fell on hard times and had to use the materials. We want to get started again, especially after watching the Preppers programs on National Geographic TV. We would like to see the group grow into successful Preppers who are able to gather food available today as well as learn to catch wild game, learn to protect themselves, be able to have contacts who are trustworthy in persevering all in their groups, HOW TO STAY ALIVE, have trained medical personal, and meet any who are interested in producing "off the grid" energy to survive. My husband, Gilbert, is working on this type of projects currently.

My husband and I live in the KC area for over 40 years. We are very interested in the Preppers origanization. My husband, Gilbert is a Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Plumbing master and we own our own company. I am an expert in crafts, sewing, etc.
Great group, can't wait for more details on "HOW" to survive any type of disaster. Events like the Expo are educational and a fun place to meet new folks and learn, learn, learn.
