"Stalingrad" with German Culture & Film

Join us for a sociable evening out in central Karlsruhe with interesting people and good conversation...

Stalingrad (Germany 1993, Josef Vilsmaier)
A frank treatment of the horrific Battle of Stalingrad. Hitler’s exhortations to bring home victory are juxtaposed with the reality of cold, hunger and brutality on the ground, where young men were as pawns in a vicious game.

German Culture & Film is an open course designed for Karlsruhe’s cosmopolitan community, for people with any level of German, offering great films and insights into German culture, history, politics and art.

Films are generally in German with English subtitles - discussion in English.
€ 10 includes refreshments; discounts for students, interns and au pairs
Seats are limited. Reservations are advised.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
