Kashi School of Yoga
Led by Yoga Ma, this basic class will incorporate all the aspects of Kali Natha Yoga as Ma Jaya taught them to us. It will include warm-up gems, pranayama (breath), asana series' and will end in relaxation. Special awareness will be brought to alignment of both the physical postures and the Tantric Spaces of Alignment that allow the practitioner to go deeper into their personal experience with Kali Natha Yoga.
Yoga Ma is a 200 hour graduate of the Kashi School of Yoga Teacher Training and is currently enrolled in the 500 hour program. Her passion is sharing the greater depth of the Kali Natha Yoga practice for all ages and all levels of experience. She has an open and welcoming style that allows everyone to feel comfortable and at ease.
