Led by Becky Yoga Ma, this Gentle Hatha Yoga class is a great place to begin or maintain a basic, gentle and effective yoga practice. Perfect for those looking for a good stretch while relaxing the body and mind. A traditional ongoing yoga class open to men and women of any age so you may start at any time. You will be gently stretching and strengthening, increasing flexibility and range of motion, improving concentration and overall well-being, while relaxing and reducing stress. Appropriate for pregnancy, for those dealing with recent injury or illness and for seniors.
Becky Yoga Ma is a 200 hour graduate of the Kashi School of Yoga Teacher Training and is currently enrolled in the 500 hour program. Her passion is sharing the greater depth of Yoga practice with others of all ages and all levels of experience. She has an open and welcoming style that allows everyone to feel comfortable and at ease.
