Led by Ganga Mayee, this class is for those who want to work on toning and trimming their bodies. The class will use gentle stretching and firming exercises for ALL body parts. You will definitely get a good workout! This class is for beginners and more advanced students.
Ganga Mayee is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She has been training in Kali Natha Yoga for over 16 years and has been teaching it for 3 years. She also has had 30 years experience in ballet training, teaching, and performing and is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Ganga Mayee has been an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) since 1986 This combination gives her a broad range of knowledge about the body’s abilities and limitations and the interaction of mind, body, and spirit.
