Kashi School of Yoga
Led by Yoga Ma, this is a traditional, posture-based class which focuses on all aspects of yoga including stretching, breath, strength and relaxation. Classic yoga postures are presented and explored using variations in style, methodology and props. Each class has a different focus. All levels welcome!
Yoga Ma is a board certified 200 hour graduate of the Himalayan Institute and has been teaching for over 10 years. She has studied various styles of yoga with many teachers and brings that composite experience to this class.
