This class is led by Joane Patrick. Qi Gong is a way to balance Qi and heal and ward off illness.It is a Chinese method of healing. Qi (Chi) means energy, and Gong means skill. Together, Qi Gong is the skill of attracting vital energy and learning to move it through the body in order to restore balance.
