Weekly Meditation Practice

Our weekly meditation practice consists of varied types of meditation common in Tibetan Buddhism and appropriate for beginning or more intermediate practitioners. We alternate weekly between traditional Tibetan Sadhana practices, and less formal discussions with calm abiding meditation. We ask a modest $5 donation to support our ability to use our weekly practice space although no one is turned away due to lack of funds. Tea is served at 7pm and our practice begins at 7:30pm.

    I really want to attend this. I am also interested in learning more about the Shamanic Healing Services this places offers as well. I was wondering if there is anything closer to the St. Pete Beach area which is where I live. I am also new to this meetup website as well as Florida... so how does this work... Do others show up by themselves as well?
