If you don't want to hike....you can just come to Japanese Cooking Lesson/Dinner ($12/person) if there is room
There is a small activity fee of $12/person to cover cost of the cooking lesson ingredients.
Drinks are not included in the cost so BYOD
Activity 1: Hike Shipwrecks Beach & Watch Sunset
When - Nov 02, Sat, 3:45 pm (Depart at 4 pm) Sunset @ 5.49 pm
Where - Shipwrecks beach parking lot.
The hike is appropriately 2 miles roundtrip ad about 90 min.
Bring Water / Camera for the hike wear Tennis or hiking sandals.
Activity 2: Japanese Cooking Class/Dinner]
When – After the activity 1, we’ll be relocating to Hilli’s house in Koloa
Where – 4063 Koloa Road Koloa, Between Blackstad and Horita - Please park on grass in the front yard
We'll provide a cooking demo on how to cook "Seafood Okonomiyaki (salty pancake)" and "SeafoodYakisoba (fried noodle)"
All ingredients will be prepared by the event organizers so you just bring your appetite!
If you're on a vegetarian diet, we can accommodate it for you. Both dishes do contain eggs so they can’t be vegan.
After the cooking demo, you can participate in the cooking and off course… eating!
We'll provide you recipes for those dishes so that you can try cooking them at home.
