I heard from a few people that Tues might work better than Monday, so here we go!
In the water @ 3:30, plan on an hour to an hour and a half paddle. We'll warmup, do some sprints and recoveries, and paddle back to the ramp. Don't worry about being too slow or having a slow boat, this paddle is for everyone who wants to get in a paddling workout! We'll get spread out, but we'll start together and see each other on the water some.
If you want, I can give you some tips on your stroke to help make you more efficient while we paddle as well.
I plan to do this paddle pretty much every Tuesday from now until we lose the daylight to do it.
