Winter paddling/Member fees/e-mail settings

Hello Paddlers!

I hope everyone's been getting on the water during these nice days we've been having.  The cold weather is just about to be on us, so take a look now at your winter paddling gear and make sure it's all ready to go!  There's lots of info on the net about how to keep from dying while paddling in the colder months, and if I get some feedback that people want it, I 'll hold a cold-water paddling meetup soon.

We have a lot of members who haven't paid dues, as well as quite a few who haven't paid in over a year.  It's easy to let things slip!  I'm generally guilty of not keeping up w/things like this myself.  No big deal, but I'd like to get everything straight.

If you look underneath your name next to your title you'll see a number that looks something like"[masked]".  That's the date that you last paid dues, and if it's over a year from today, you're due!

Thanks in advance for checking on this.  If you're not interested in being a member anymore let me know and I'll get you off the list.

I've heard from some who think they get too many e-mails from the group.  If you like being in the meetup but don't like how many e-mails you get, look at your profile, click on "Edit e-mail settings," and adjust them.

Hope to see everyone on the water soon!

Chuck
