What is Meditation?
A mind that is calm, without anticipation and agitation is meditation. A mind that is in the present moment is meditation.
The rest you gain in meditation is deeper than the deepest sleep. The deeper your rest, the more dynamic your activity is. By doing meditation, you can turn your body into a power-house by generating an inner source of energy. Meditation is simple and is a practical way to recharge and rejuvenate; empowering you to do more of the things you love.
