Join us for simple, yet powerful sessions that combine classical hatha yoga practice with unique Kemetic yoga movements - an excellent complement for spinal alignment and energy cultivation. We will also practice basic meditation techniques for mindfulness and stress reduction.
The class will be donation-based – pay what you can, or just bring positive energy! Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one (if not we have extras).
Beginners are welcome. Class size is limited to 10 people. Please RSVP before the class.
