We will meet for simple, yet powerful sessions that combine classical hatha yoga practice with unique Kemetic yoga movements - excellent for spinal alignment and energy cultivation. We will also practice basic meditation techniques for mindfulness and stress reduction.
I am a certified yoga instructor (RYT200) practicing various styles (Bikram, Kemetic, Vinyasa) since 2008. I would love to connect with other like-minded people who are sincere in their approach to self-development. Meetups will be in Palo Alto, San Francisco, and other Bay Area locations.
