This website is the home-base for the Transition Town Sustainability Initiative of Arundel and the Kennebunks.
It is also the home-base for the Permaculture Enthusiasts of Arundel and the Kennebunks - (permaculture is a design process for sustainable human existence).
It will serve as a clearinghouse for information, discussion and a listing place for all events related to creating a sustainable way of life in our community.

Hi Folks,
The next meeting (and the first in awhile) of the Transition York County project (for lack of a better name - if you think of one, please, please don't be bashful about passing it on!) will be taking place down in Wells.
The purpose of the meeting will be to re-evaluate where we are, where we need to go, and how to get there - especially in light of some new folks getting involved. Read more
