  MOZART : Sonata for piano  KV282 No 4 in E Flat Major

  Aurele  Marthan studied music at The National Music Conservatory in Bayonne where he obtained first prize for excellence and proficiency.He was unanimously awarded first prize in Michel Maroques Chamber Music class.He decided to extend his chamber music repertoire with Paul Meyer and Eric Le Sage at The Paris National Music Conservatory.

He immersed himself in Russian technique and expression by working alongside Elena Rozanova.

At The Istituto Supenore di Studi Musicali "Claudio Monteverdi" di Cremona,he received special commendation for his interpretation of Rachmaninov 's Concert No.2.

He currently studies at The Royal Academy of London with Tatiana Sarkissova where he participates in Masterclasses held by Imogen Cooper,Pierre Laurent Aimard and Pascal Devoyon.

Aurele was the only French quarter finalist at Clara Haskill International Piano Competition in 2011.He was interviewed and played on Radio Suisse Romande.

Aurele is also the cofounder and artistic director of the " Classic a Guethary " festival held in August.The Polymme label has released a CD of Aurele  playing the works of Ravel recorded at Faziola Concert Hall in Saule Italy.

      I did make it. I liked the Mozart and the Schuman but the Chopin Mazurkas were a bit too fast for my liking.
