You all have fun tonight- I'm not going to be able to make it! Use meetup to help you find others! Messages, posts, whatever you need to do! Have fun and have a couple drinks for me :)

I've got to admit that I'm thinking about bailing on the Waterfront Wednesday. I don't do incredibly well in heat, it's going to be super hot and there is a 50% chance of rain. The thought of trying to park, walk, sit in the heat (in my work clothes, cause I won't have time to change) and possibly get rained out after all that isn't sounding very appealing. Anyone want to bail on the waterfront and go get an after-work drink somewhere cool? Sorry Lauren!

No that's ok... I'm worried about my ankle. I'm still thinking but if I can't make it - perhaps we can get a drink. My ankle is already swollen- so I don't think this is going to help. :/ is this the last one or is there one in September?

I noticed you were asking for tips. The concert stage is set up on the lawn that is UNDER The Big Four Walking Bridge. Parking is very challenging, but you're gonna have to park somewhere on River Road. There is a parking lot off of River Road across the street from Tumbleweed on the river, but it fills up quickly. Wear your walking shoes and be prepared to do a little walking with your lawn chair! There is plenty of great food and adult beverages set up right by the lawn, along with port-a-pots. If it rains, most people just pack up and leave. This is an outdoor event, no where to run from the rain! If weather cooperates, it's a fun time!

92 degree with a 50% chance of rain.... should we just meet somewhere.... where we can watch it inside? Anyway possible? I am thinking not.

Is that where parking and close enough to walk to the concert area? I'm directionally challenged :)

I'm gonna need some help on this one. I've never been- and it went from 6 people to 29. Surely someone knows a parking and possibly meeting spot we can all find?
