I'm an amateurish photographer and would like to learn techniques in fashion and editorial photography.
Photography is a medium for "storytelling" whether it be portraits or landscape. I loved capturing images even when I was using a point-n-shoot camera and knew nothing about how to use a DSLR. A most memorable experience was to shoot flamingos in a remote village in Mexico. I began to learn photography techniques when I took two series of photography classes. I haven't put down my cameras since then. I've mostly shot landscape, architecture and candid portraits. In the long run, I'd like to get experience in fashion photography and documentary photography, even though these are two very different genres.

Both on-camera and off-camera flash lighting as well as strobe lighting.
Yes, I'm definitely interested.
I don't have anyone in mind right away.
Good. It seems like whenever I go to a workshop, I am outnumbered by Canon users. It's nice to know someone has style. Are you going to the Chicago Fashion Photoshoot? If you do, I'll meet you there.
Hi Karen and Wellcome! We look forward to seeing you soon.
