My Robot's Heartbeat (1st Track)

The class:  One of the most important element of digital electronics and robotics, is the device's own heartbeat.  In this lesson, you will build a robot's heartbeat using the most popular Integrated Circuit ever built - the NE555 available in your starter kit.

The class will include a short lesson on digital signals followed by a step-by-step document available with easy instructions to follow.  At the end of the class, you will have built a digital square wave signal generator.

Ages: 7-14

Prerequisites: The introduction class and the Starter Kit.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
