Join us for a great early morning run, about 6 - 8 miles, through the trails and hills of PQ canyon. Be sure to bring your head lamp and water. Awesome way to start the day! Many of us are using this trail run to help get ready for the King of the Hill series http://bit.ly/TrDo9D , Super Spartan or Tough Mudder too. This meetup is for anyone that currently runs off road or is interested in giving trail running a try. We meet at various times throughout the week to check out some of the incredible local trails around San Diego. It's free and open to all.
In addition we have our own trail running series called "King of the Hill" – Trail Running with an Attitude Race Series. This series will consist of running or fast packing four (4) of San Diego County’s most challenging mountain peaks. Plus you will encounter various fitness tasks along the way. Just like when you were a kid playing this game, you too must run, walk, or stumble to the top as fast as you can, touch the flag and run back down again.
