This group is about running along the Thames path or in parks neaby during the week or on weekends and then go for a bite or small lunch afterwards for those who want.
We meet in Richmond then run downstream towards Kew / Hammersmith or upstream towards Teddington / Kingston. The running session usually lasts for an hour.
All levels are welcome. As we may have different pace some may prefer to run in a group or on their own.
After the running session we meet again and can stretch.
