Friday night Kirtan

Do you have trouble calming your mind for meditation? Kirtan is the musical path to a state of clearer consciousness. Come and gain a calmer mind, a steadier breath, a more confident voice, and a sense of togetherness with others.

This class is open to everyone with donations greatly appreciated (suggested $5 - 10)

Light refreshments (hot tea & fruit) and handouts will be provided. Dress comfortably so that you can remain seated & breathe easily during the session. Sitting cushions, yoga mats, and blankets will be available for your comfort.

    We are moving Kirtan back to 7 PM to allow people more time to get out of work and navigate the traffic. We are now in the studio's Red Room, which is well-insulated from noise. Hope to see you there!
