A walk in Poulsbo’s Fish Park
It’s Fall and nature is changing, a great time to enjoy the woods and marine estuaries.
Fish Park is a pleasant 21 acres with nature trails, winding paths, bridges and boardwalks through the woods and along the marshes and estuary of Dogfish Creek. The tide will be rising during the hike, so you will see lots of changes in the estuary as the tide floods in from Liberty Bay.
Meet in the Fish Park parking lot. Dogs on leashes are welcome.
And after the hike, we will pick one of Poulsbo’s many fine restaurants for a late lunch.
STINKY WEATHER BACKUP ACTIVITY: If the weather decides to be uncooperative (can’t imagine that happening) we will meet at the same time/location, make alternate plans for the day and see what fun we can have.
