Kitsap Spay and Neuter Council Pages
We are a group of private individuals who are working together with the Kitsap Humane Society, other animal organizations and local business owners to spread awareness about the benefits of spay and neuter. Kitsap Spay Day 2009 was our first major effort to bring the community together to increase cat and dog spays/neuters. 574 pets were altered for this event!! Local veterinarians offered discounted surgery rates and Spay Day was declared at the Kitsap county level, and in the cities of Bainbridge Island, Bremerton, Port Orchard and Poulsbo.
