Knit PH meets at Freddy's Bar every 3rd Sunday each month from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. In November we ask you to knit your ass off for our charity blanket drive, Afghans for Afghans. On this night we are organizing a left-over yarn exchange, so cleanse your hoarded treasure and make room for someone else's new-old collection. Yarn left over from this exchange will be used for Afghans. For this charity, we ask that you use 100% wool/natural fibers (not man-made). Documentary Premier
On this night we are proud to share the evening with film maker Vicente Rodriguez Ortega. He will be premiering "FREDDY'S BAR", a documentary film (120 min). His film follows the many backroom activities at Freddy's, including knitting, opera, stand-up comedy, and blue grass evenings. Screening starts at 10:00 right after Knit Night.

Come out to the sculpture garden behind the Brooklyn Museum on Sunday afternoon, to knit and socialize.
