The Virtual Knowledge Platform, a platform that can be customized for a range of knowledge management functions, was created by NEXT Solutions to assist in developing knowledge management systems across various types of organizations. The Virtual Knowledge Platform systematically leads staff through the process of acquiring knowledge to be proficient in their positions. Its emphasis on virtual mentoring applies these approaches in empowering users in the effective application of their new knowledge:

Our speaker will be Kelvin Roberts, owner of NEXT Solutions. He specializes in working with organizations to help them effectively capture, transfer and apply organizational memory and specialist knowledge.
His presentation will demonstrate how these systems are being applied to help improve Knowledge Management in Government, Non-profit and Private Sector organizations.
